Galil Pinot Noir

Description

A rich and generous Pinot Noir, grown in the Volcanic soils of the Upper Galilee mountains, aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Brilliant ruby towards purple in color, showing a lovely fruit-rich nose of black cherries, strawberry, fresh roses, earth and hints of toasted oak. Medium to full-bodied in PN terms with a silky texture of brooding red fruit, followed by hints of stony minerals and cedar wood, packed in soft tannins and a moderate acidity. Very approachable and enjoyable Pinot pleasure.
